Privacy policy

Records on your device
Building names, addresses, extinguisher records, QR codes, location notes, inspections, replacements, photos, logos and customer signatures are stored on your device. We do not automatically upload them to a developer server. Locations are entered manually; the app does not track GPS location.
Camera, photos and biometrics
The camera scans QR codes and takes photos. Photo selection adds equipment images or logos. Manage permissions in device settings. Face ID/fingerprint authentication is performed by the operating system; the app does not receive biometric templates, fingerprints or facial images. Reminders are scheduled locally.
Apple payments
Apple processes iOS subscription payments and renewals. The app checks Apple's verified StoreKit transaction data on the device to determine Pro access. The developer does not receive card details. This iOS version does not send purchase proofs to a separate developer verification server. Apple's processing is governed by Apple's privacy policy.
Google Play payments and Android verification
Google Play processes Android subscription charges and renewals. Purchasing, restoring and refreshing Pro access sends the purchase token, product ID, platform and a randomly generated installation ID to the verification service over HTTPS. The service checks the purchase with the Google Android Publisher API and returns a time-limited, signed entitlement. Card numbers, building/equipment records, photos and signatures are not sent to this service. The service has no subscription database and does not write request bodies to application logs. Proofs are processed in memory during each request; installation/IP data may be held briefly in memory for rate limits. The hosting provider may process technical data such as IP addresses and request times for connection security. Google retains its own payment records under its policies.
Analytics and advertising
Firebase Analytics is disabled in the iOS 1.0 and initial Android release configurations. The app has no ads or advertising-ID tracking. Apple and Google may process download, sales and usage/diagnostic statistics you permit as part of their own store services. Their settings and policies govern that processing.
Sharing and backups
You initiate PDF, Excel or JSON sharing and choose the destination app or file location. Files may contain photos, addresses and signatures. JSON backups are not encrypted. Shared files are subject to the chosen service’s policies. The app has no cloud synchronization. Automatic app backup is disabled on Android; iOS device/iCloud backups are governed by your Apple settings.
Retention and deletion
Delete local records in the app or use the data reset function in Settings. Delete exported files and device backups separately. Deleting data does not cancel an Apple or Google Play subscription. The developer cannot remotely view or restore your local records. Request deletion of data handled by the developer at tanriverdiyavuz@gmail.com; contact the relevant store about its own payment records.
Support messages
If you email us, your email address and message are handled by the email service to answer your request. Avoid unnecessary personal data. You can contact the same address about deletion of support correspondence; records subject to applicable obligations may be retained.
This website
OpenAI Sites hosts this website. We add no analytics scripts, ads or cookie-based tracking. Hosting providers may process technical information such as IP addresses to deliver pages and maintain security. Your app records are not sent to this website.
